We really enjoyed our stay with DEL 302 Management everything was great! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. Rachel & AJ made the whole process smooth and welcoming. We’d definitely recommend DEL 302 to anyone visiting the Delaware Beaches!

This house is fantastic! Couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay in for a family vacation. The location is perfect, it’s quiet, close to everything you want and need during your stay, and is so spacious and welcoming. We had five adults and a toddler and did not feel cramped or cooped up at all and even spent a rainy day indoors during our stay! Area around the house is great for taking long walks and there is so much to do around. Very easy to get to Lewes, Rehoboth and Dewey beach as well! Would be happy to stay here again! Definitely worth it!

By far our favorite Airbnb we have stayed in !!! Great location, great yard, fully stocked and beautiful !!! We had a blast on our mini vaca and will definitely be booking again next summer !

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house was perfect—clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. We stay in this beautiful house for a week. My family loved it! There was not the best weather because of the hurricane but we found always activities to do and on the good weather days we went to the beach and used the pool.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The apartment is very spacious. The location is great- 15 minutes from the beach, plenty of restaurants nearby, a waterpark and mini golf for kids and adults to enjoy, and also right next to Tangers Outlets. The place was very clean, and beds comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay in Lewes, Delaware. The accommodations were spacious and provided my family of six plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. The Hosts/DEL 302 management were responsive and helpful to making our beach trip successfully. We were very pleased and have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. I went on this vacation with 4 children, two of them being my foster babies and give them a chance to experience the beaches. The place was clean, felt like home and was comfortable for all of us. very kid friendly and inviting. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Delaware. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.
