My family and i stayed at this house for for a short term 3month stay November though February while we were finishing completion of our Home. We was concerned about staying through the Holidays at someone elses home and not ours, but it really comfortable and Felt like home.The home was very nice and clean when checking in. Something that is very important to me staying away from home is a comfortable bed and this House had comfortable beds in all rooms. we never had any issues problems while staying.. DEL 302 Management Rachel and AJ was easy to get a hold of and was very good at responding back if we had questions during our stay. Highly Recommend!

My family & I had a wonderful stay. The location was both practical and pleasant, close enough to convenience yet buffered from chaos. The space was exactly as described — clean, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable. Every corner seemed considered and intentional. The kitchen was well-equipped and organized; which made cooking much more fun. The bed was dangerously comfortable — the sort that negotiates with your ambition in the morning and usually wins🥹 Knowing that there was easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and the beach made it easy to settle in worry free and relax. The host was responsive, clear with instructions, and made check-in and check-out seamless. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area😌✨

Management responded quickly to my questions and the place was just as described. Very convenient to downtown and all the amenities of the area. I stayed a month and felt quite at home, even when snowbound for a couple of days!

Great place for us to spend the weekend! Location is great and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants in the area. Only short drive to many other areas for entertainment and dining. We had a great stay and would highly recommend it. Definitely stay there again!

It was a stormy night outside, but we opened the front door and our stay was calming, peaceful and very quiet. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and sparkling clean throughout. Short drive to many restaurants. In season we imagine a short walk to the beach. We look forward to coming back.

The accommodations were beautiful as described and in the pictures shown. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was fully stocked. The owners were friendly and communicated well with any information you may have needed. I would definitely stay again.

Peter's place was spotless – everything was impeccably clean from the moment I arrived. The beds were super comfortable. Check-in was seamless and the location is excellent – super convenient access to public transport, restaurants, and all the main sights. My family and I enjoyed our stay so much. The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked with extra linens, towels and kitchen supplies. The check in process was quick and simple. The area is quiet and peaceful. It’s near a few grocery stores and not far from the outlets. I really appreciated the toys for my kids to play with. The house was as described and very spacious and cozy.

Peter's place El Capitan was the perfect stay for a concert at the Rehoboth Ale House this January. I was really impressed at how well Peter maximizes space in a smaller condo, as well as his thoughtful touches for decoration, like the magnetic tic-tac-toe board on the wall! It's clear he wants his guests to have a good stay, evidenced by the informative guest book with details on Wi-Fi, restaurants in the area (by meal AND cuisine), and activity for every interest. We wished we were staying longer than one night to take advantage of more of his suggestions! We occasionally heard low noise through the walls, but it was not disruptive to our stay as we understand you have close neighbors while in a condo. Peter was super responsive and helpful over Messages and his directions overall were very clear. We recommend El Capitan if you are going to Reho, and we'll stay again if we have the chance to visit in the future!

Great location! Walkable to restaurants. About 10 min walk to the beach. They provided big towels and bed sheets which was a perk compared to other places we’ve stayed in Rehoboth. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes. Even had a nutribullet to use. They provided starter products for the house like hand soap, garbage bags, and kitchen hand towels. Outside screened in porch was perfect for sitting on, even in January. We brought our 2 dogs and it was a great house for them. They had a shower tub and shower sprayer upstairs to clean them off in the winter. Outdoor shower to clean them off in the summer. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. They showed generosity and compassion to the circumstances in which we visited. We hope to return in the future!
