Great location! Walkable to restaurants. About 10 min walk to the beach. They provided big towels and bed sheets which was a perk compared to other places we’ve stayed in Rehoboth. Kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes. Even had a nutribullet to use. They provided starter products for the house like hand soap, garbage bags, and kitchen hand towels. Outside screened in porch was perfect for sitting on, even in January. We brought our 2 dogs and it was a great house for them. They had a shower tub and shower sprayer upstairs to clean them off in the winter. Outdoor shower to clean them off in the summer. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. They showed generosity and compassion to the circumstances in which we visited. We hope to return in the future!

Lovely place, very comfy and cozy for our two night stay over New Years holiday. Well equipped and in very good condition. Description and photos very accurate. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay over Christmas. Clean and comfortable. Beds and baths were very nice as well as the kitchen. Too cold to enjoy the screen porch, but it was lovely. Centrally located and walkable to the beach and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Absolutely would stay at Kim’s again! The beautiful fully fenced in backyard allowed my dogs to run & play with no worries. The hot tub was a relaxing way to end the evening. The beds were incredibly comfy. The area is quiet & there are a lot of things to/local restaurants. Poodle Beach is 7 minutes from Kim’s home & it was a beautiful beach to take my dogs to. Thank you Kim for a great stay & start to 2026!!

The stay was great the house was clean and cozy and very spacious and look exactly like the photos and the games for family night was a plus cause we brought our own and don’t even need to. Will be booking again.

We loved Flip Flop and hope to return! Highlights for us: - Proximity / walkabilty to downtown Rehoboth and Silver Lake. - The beach access was nice - about a mile walk which worked for us. - We brought our own bicycles and it was nice to have a garage to keep them in. - The pool table / TV room was fun, we enjoyed the space. - The fenced yard was great for our dogs. They're not jumpers so be sure to look at the pictures / height if yours are. - Overall, the house was really clean and welcoming, the hosts were super responsive and helpful. Thank you!

Each year our family rents a home for a few days around Christmas. This year we went to Rehoboth. We used to go regularly before our children were grown. So Rachel and AJ's home gave us the chance to revisit past memories around the area. And while in the house we had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made check-in and communication easy. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

This place really lived up to the photos. Everyone took a lot of time to prepare ahead of time for my stay, and communicated with me during my time. Everything was superb, and I would highly recommend any one to stay anywhere that 302 management owns/manages. They are quick to respond, and very well connected to the community. They are efficient, and they provided everything needed for a long stay. They are great hosts.
