Take the beach shuttle that leaves 1 mile from Coastal Club with free parking and travels to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has its own travel lane on Rte 1 which makes it convenient in season. Historic Lewes is perhaps the most beloved town in Delaware, and certainly a favorite for travelers who savor quiet strolls on boutique-filled streets, or a relaxing meal by the water at one of the town’s excellent restaurants. Recreational Passes/Amenities: The Lighthouse Club is a residential community and guests will be sharing the same amenities available to our community members. Therefore, while you are with us, you are asked to follow the same guidelines and rules that govern Clubhouse use for all members. The Coastal Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm. Weekly/Daily Passes 2025 Fees: Passes are needed to access the amenities of the Clubhouse and activities which include the restaurant, outdoor pool including kids splash pool, fitness center, indoor pool, and hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts, shuffleboard, and bocce pit. ● Pre-ordered Weekly Passes: $100 (note reduced rate) ● Weekly Passes purchased on-site on day of arrival or later: $130 Waiting until the day of arrival to order passes may result in significant wait time in addition to increased purchase price. ● Daily passes can be purchased at the front desk for use that day and are $30 ● Daily passes cannot be pre-ordered. ● Key fobs are available for $35 cash deposit and rental fee per fob of which $20 will be returned to you when the key fob is returned to the front desk. House Rules

(These are not meant to scare/intimidate anyone, but just to ensure that we are being transparent and that our guests are treating our properties with respect). **All guests must be 25+ except for children with parents. **It is expected that you treat our place with respect, and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. **No Parties in the unit. **No Smoking/Vaping in the unit. **No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. The extra guest fee is $25 per extra guest per night. Violating this rule could lead to possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors. ** Checkout is 10am - Sorry no late checkouts -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. **Please clean up after your dog(s). ** Please use the grill, firepit, and fireplace at your own risk. **Please do not put inside furniture outside on the patio. **No trash should be left outside the unit door. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons. **There is a camera at the front entrance for your protection and accurate guest count, if you touch or tamper with camera, you will be asked to leave immediately. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.
