If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. ** QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors ** Checkout is 10am. *Sorry no late checkouts especially in the summer season -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. ** Please do not put inside furniture outside. ** No trash should be left outside the unit door or on patio.
