Park your car, and bike or walk everywhere. Located 1 mile from the beach and boardwalk, or a short drive to outlet shopping, restaurants and bars, our home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We've included all bed and bath linens, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, a fully equipped kitchen, and beach accessories including towels, umbrellas, a wagon, a tote, and games. We also supply some paper towels and garbage bags for you to get started with on your stay. Hop on a bike! - we have two beach cruisers with 2 adult helmets and a lock to use to explore the Rehoboth and Dewey areas. Ride to the beach instead of fighting the traffic. Also, remember to explore the many parks and trails in the area. Our favorite thing to do is jumping in the private outdoor shower(open seasonally) after a long hot day in the sun. We hope you enjoy our lovely, friendly, centrally-located residential neighborhood as much as we do. This cozy cottage has a queen bed in the master and a twin bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom with a pull out trundle twin bed. Plenty of relaxation spots in the living room, sunroom/eating nook area, or in the 2 Adirondack chairs on the front deck. -TVs located in living room and in 2nd bedroom - which have cable and streaming services to sign in to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. -The enclosed patio has a fan and lighting, but no AC. *Note - only 1 parking spot - No trucks or oversized vehicles! If you have a truck or big SUV, you will have to park on the street. You may park on Daisey Road, a residential side street a few 100 feet away, for free. *NOTE: The property is not pet friendly, but the owner's dogs are occasionally present when owner is there. Guests with severe allergies should keep this in mind when booking.

By booking this place, you are agreeing to abide to our House Rules. (These are not meant to scare/intimidate anyone, but just to ensure that we are being transparent and that our guests are treating our properties with respect). **Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. *It is expected that you treat our place with respect and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. *Note - only 1 parking spot - No trucks or oversized vehicles allowed in the spot! (You will get towed) If you have a truck or big SUV, you will have to park on the street. You may park on Daisey Lane, a residential side street a few 100 feet away, for free. *No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. *QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors. *No Smoking/Vaping in the unit. *No Parties in the unit! *No Pets are allowed in the unit. ** Checkout is 10am. *Sorry no late checkouts in the Summer Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. *Please do not put inside furniture outside. *No trash or other items should be left outside unit doors or on porch. Trash must be placed in the bins provided in the front entrance. *Absolutely no candles should be used in this property! *PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. *PLEASE NOTE: The property is not pet friendly, but the owner's dogs are occasionally present. Guests with severe allergies should keep this in mind when booking. **LONGER STAYS**(monthly) -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. -Toiletries/supplies are fully stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed.
