Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins on the side of the house. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons. ** Please use the grill and fire place at your own risk. ** There are security cameras on the exterior of the home for protection and accurate guest count, if you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. **Charging of electric vehicles/bikes is not permitted on the property for safety and insurance reasons. Please use the local charging stations nearby. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, dish & laundry detergent, and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS** -It is mandatory that after 2 weeks we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.
