If you arrive after 5pm, you will have to wait until the next day to purchase wristbands. **The indoor pool is not available to guest renters, per the HOA rules. **Update - Renter wristbands are now required year-round. While the outdoor pool is open, the weekly per-person fee is $38/week. **Renter wristbands are reduced to $10/week in the off-season, from Labor Day to Memorial Day 2026. - The weekly per-person charge provides access to the clubhouse, fitness center, and sports court. (These are not meant to scare/intimidate anyone, but just to ensure that we are being transparent and that our guests are treating our properties with respect). * PLEASE READ - Amenities are available at an additional expense of $38 per person per week for ages 6 years and older. You must purchase the wristbands yourself at the Clubhouse daily from 9am-6pm . -The indoor pool is not available to renters, per the HOA at Ocean View Beach Club. Only the outdoor pool is available to renters. * Parking: The Town of Ocean View limits the number of vehicles to 1 per bedroom. This property has 3 bedrooms and 3 cars are allowed as a result. Off-street parking spaces, in the garage and driveway, must be utilized first and prior to parking on the street. **Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. **It is expected that you treat our place with respect, and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. **No Parties in the unit! **No Smoking/Vaping in the unit. **No Pets allowed per HOA Rules. **No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. **All guests must be 25+ except for children with parents. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors ** Checkout is 10am. * Sorry no late checkouts in the Summer Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) -Please be respectful of our inspection team and cleaners' tight schedules. **Please do not put inside furniture outside. **No trash should be left outside the unit door. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins located in garage. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons. ** Please do not touch or use the fireplace. **There is a camera at the front entrance for your protection, if you touch or tamper with camera, you will be asked to leave immediately. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS** (monthly) -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.
