If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. ** QUIET HOURS - 10pm-9am - Please be respectful of neighbors ** Checkout is 10am. *Sorry no late checkouts in the Summer Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. ** Please do not put inside furniture outside and keep all beach equipment outside on the balcony. ** No towels, blankets, or clothing can be hung on balcony railings. There is a clothesline in the back. ** No outside grills, charcoal or otherwise, are permitted on balconies, back porch, etc. ** No trash should be left outside the unit door or on balcony. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins outside. ** Please use the bicycles at your own risk. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons. ** There is an exterior camera on outside balcony facing front door and parking lot. Please do not touch/tamper with it. ** Please use shared laundry machines only between 9am and 10pm (because of noise). ** Please spray off any sand from shoes and feet using the outdoor hose (at the front door) and/or the outdoor shower (back yard) before entering the building. **Charging of electric vehicles/bikes is not permitted on the property for safety and insurance reasons. Please use the local charging stations nearby. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS** -It is mandatory that after 2 weeks we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.
