If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors **Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING in the unit ** Checkout is 10am. *Sorry no late checkouts, especially in the Summer Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. **If you bring your dog, please pick up after them in the yard. If you do not, $100 charge will be applied. ** Guest will be charged for damages **Trash day is Monday morning, put out cans (recycle and regular trash cans) out for pick up if staying in unit on Sunday. **Please do not put inside furniture outside. **No trash should be left outside unit door or on porch. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins located in the driveway. ** Please use the grill at your own risk. ** Absolutely no candles should be used in this property! ** There are two cameras on the property. One by front door and one in the back. Please do not touch, block, or tamper with the cameras or you will be asked to leave immediately. ** Please use the Hot Tub at your own risk. ** No Glass or Food in the hot tub please. ** Please adhere to all of the Hot Tub rules. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS** -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. -Toiletries/supplies are fully stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed. -Trash needs to be put out every Sunday night for a Monday morning pick up.

(This can be change up to a week prior to your vacation). *Please note - there may be an extra cleaning fee if your stay is 14 days or longer. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout.
