Violating this rule could lead to possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors. ** Checkout is 10am. *Sorry no late checkouts in the Summer Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. **Please do not put inside furniture outside on the decks. **No trash should be left outside the unit door or the decks. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins located under the house. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons. **Pool key fob is provided on a keychain in the unit. (Lost/stolen pool key is $50). **There is a camera at the front entrance for your protection, if you touch or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave immediately. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS** (monthly) -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.
