By booking this place, you are agreeing to abide to our House Rules. (These are not meant to scare/intimidate anyone, but just to ensure that we are being transparent and that our guests are treating our properties with respect). **Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. **It is expected that you treat our place with respect and treat it as your own home, with everything put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. **No PARTIES in the unit per HOA Rules. **No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors **Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING in the unit!! No illegal substances on property. ** Checkout is 10am. *Sorry no late checkouts in the Summer Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. ** Please no food or beverages on the couches. **Please do not put inside furniture outside **No trash should be left outside the unit door, on the porch, or in walkways. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins located in the garage. **No clothes, towels, blankets, etc., are permitted on the front railings for drying or airing. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property! ** If you brought your dog, please clean up after it. Dog waste bags are available in the coat closet OR at the community dog waste stations. Dog waste should be deposited in the dog waste station. There are several located throughout the development. **Please do not tie dogs out back. The neighbor’s dog is fearful of other dogs and he is tied out frequently. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **If you opt to have mail or a small package delivered to the mailbox, a $55 fee will be charged for retrieval. **LONGER STAYS** -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are fully stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.
