Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins located in the garage. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons. *Please do not touch or tamper with front entrance camera, or you will be asked to leave immediately. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS** -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed. **PARKING RULES: ~ Per The Town Of Ocean View, the number of vehicles is limited to 3, which matches the number of bedrooms available. ~ Per The Town Of Ocean View, driveway (off street) parking must be utilized.
