Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. The space has bright, light filled, open planned living, with butcher block counters and painted floors. It has two bedrooms and one full bath, a screened in porch with a ceiling fan and dining table. This cottage is carefully decorated in shades of white, and close to the beach. Everything you need to enjoy the simple life at the beach. It is fully equipped with all linens, towels, and bath essentials. We also provide fluffy beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a Dewey Beach parking pass for your use. There is a shared outdoor shower(open seasonally) in the building next door as well. The TV is set up with Netfix and WiFi. Our welcome book has great suggestions for places to eat out and enjoy the Culinary Coast. Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed Bedroom 2 - Full Bed

By booking this place, you are agreeing to abide to our House Rules. (These are not meant to scare/intimidate anyone, but just to ensure that we are being transparent and that our guests are treating our properties with respect). *Renters must be over 25 years old, per HOA rules. *Note - only 1 parking spot - Compact cars only - No trucks or oversized vehicles allowed in the spot! (You will get towed) If you have a truck or big SUV, you can park quickly to unload, but then you will have to park on the street. You may park on Daisey Road, a residential side street a few 100 feet away, for free. *No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. *QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors. *Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the unit. *NO PARTIES in the unit *NO PETS are allowed in the unit, per HOA Rules. ** Checkout is 10am. *Sorry no late checkouts in the Summer Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. *If Dewey Beach parking pass is lost or stolen, guest will be charged $300 replacement fee. *Please do not put inside furniture outside. *No trash or other items should be left outside unit doors or on porch. Trash must be placed in the bins provided at the front entrance. *Absolutely no candles should be used in this property! *It is expected that you treat our place with respect and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. *Please keep windows and doors closed if using the AC/Heat. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS**(monthly) -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are fully stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.
