Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. Our open floor plan home is located in the quiet community of Breezewood. Along with the 3 bedrooms, it has a fully equipped kitchen with walk in pantry, spacious living room with a sectional sofa, dining room table with plenty of seating, and a game room in the newly painted garage. The master bedroom is to the right of the kitchen and has a king bed and huge walk-in closet. The master bath is located in suite of the master bedroom with a beautiful spacious shower. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, with one bedroom having a queen bed and the other bedroom having 2 sets of twin bunk beds. The 2nd bathroom is a shared full bath off of the kitchen in between the other 2 bedrooms. Laundry room is located in the hallway right before the master bedroom on the left hand side. *Don't hesitate to bring all your vacation needs as there is plenty of storage and closet space in every bedroom, along with use of the garage to store your beach stuff and/or bikes. **Beach supplies provided for guest use - including beach towels, beach chairs, and beach cooler. *Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). *Feel free to use the full size washer and dryer to have a clean suitcase full of clothes going home. *Fast WIFI is available for all your streaming and social media needs. There are also four 65" Smart TVs in the home that are equipped with streaming apps for you to sign in to.

If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night, with possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors ** Checkout is 10am. *Sorry no late checkouts in the Summer Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. **Please do not put inside furniture outside. ** No trash should be left outside the unit door or on patio. Trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins located in the garage. **Please use gas grill and garage/game room at your own risk. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property. ** There is a camera at the front entrance for your protection and accurate guest count, if you touch or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave immediately. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS** -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. -Toiletries/supplies are fully stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed.

Activities are bountiful, as Rehoboth has to offer Movies at Midway movie theater, go-carts at Midway Speedway Park, Tanger Outlets shopping centers, Midway Par 3 golf course, miniature golf, Jungle Jim's water park, and of course Funland where you can find amusement rides and an arcade on the boardwalk! 4 miles from an orange crush in your hand at the world famous Starboard Restaurant. After a long day on the beach, take your pick from the 18 bars located in one mile and live band galore. If you have a day to take a drive, drive south and check out Delaware Seashore State Park, Bethany Beach and/or Ocean City, Maryland. For the nature enthusiasts, Assateague Island State Park is home to the memorable wild horses on the beach.
