By booking this place, you are agreeing to comply to all House rules... If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors **Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING in the unit. **No cats allowed ** Checkout is no later than 10am ** Guest will be charged for damages **Trash day is Monday morning, put out cans (recycle and regular trash cans) out for pick up if staying in unit on Sunday. **Please do not put inside furniture outside. **No trash should be left outside unit door or on porch. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins located outside. ** Please use the grill at your own risk. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property! **There are outdoor security cameras by the property entrances for security and accurate guest count. Please do not touch, block, or tamper with the cameras or you will be asked to leave immediately. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS**(monthly) -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. -Toiletries/supplies are fully stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.
