This cottage is one of five that was built in the 1960's. It's been recently renovated and decorated to form a CoCo Chanel surf vibe. It features a screened-in porch with deck seating, an open, light-filled living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, a bedroom with a comfortable queen size mattress, a pull out sofa bed in the living room, and an extra outdoor shower(open seasonally)! Beach cruiser bikes, beach chairs, cotton sheets and plush bath towels are provided. Our cottage is perfect for a couple’s getaway or any adult situation that you don’t mind sharing the bed (mother/daughter, sibling, or friend’s getaways). - 1 Dewey Beach parking pass provided (located in House Binder) *Lost or stolen pass is a $300 replacement fee. Pets welcome w/ $200 pet fee (1 max)

If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. *QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors. *Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the unit or on porch/deck. *NO PARTIES in the unit *Please clean up after your pet. ** Checkout is 10am. *Sorry no late checkouts in the Summer Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. *If Dewey Beach parking pass is lost or stolen, guests will be charged $300 replacement fee. *Please use bikes at your own risk. *Please do not put inside furniture outside. *No trash or other items should be left outside unit doors or on porch. Trash must be placed in the bins provided in the front entrance. *Absolutely no candles should be used in this property! *It is expected that you treat our place with respect and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. ** PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS** (monthly) -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.
