Along with the 2 bedrooms, there is plenty of living room seating and a peaceful outdoor screened in porch for you to enjoy a some relaxation or have dinner with the family out there! There are also corn hole boards for your use in the grass common area. Please do not leave them outside. -Master bedroom has a Queen bed. -The 2nd bedroom has a Full bed, along with a Twin bed and a Twin trundle bed under that bed that pulls out. (Bunk bed has been removed). There is also an air mattress in the closet if needed. (Sheets not provided for the air mattress) *Don't hesitate to bring all your vacation needs as there is plenty of storage and closet space in both bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs along with a Keurig coffee machine (with complimentary Kcups). By booking this place, you are agreeing to abide to our House Rules. (These are not meant to scare/intimidate anyone, but just to ensure that we are being transparent and that our guests are treating our properties with respect). **Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. ** It is expected that you treat our place with respect, and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. ** Pickup trucks, vans, and other large vehicles that will fit within a parking spot are to be parked on the outer perimeter of the parking lot, not in front of buildings. Violators will have the vehicle towed at the owner 's expense. ** No PARTIES in the unit per Condo Association Rules ** Please take off shoes after you enter the house. ** No extra guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. ** QUIET HOURS - 11pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors ** Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING in the unit!!! ** Smoking on front decks of buildings and near mulch is prohibited! Please dispose of cigarette butts properly if you are smoking outside and do not toss them onto the grounds, parking lot, or garden and mulched areas. ** Smoke detectors are sensitive - please turn on the fan when you are cooking. ** Checkout is no later than 10am(unless approved by Host) -LATE CHECKOUT FEE - $75 per hour after 10am. ** Guest will be charged for damages ** Please do not put inside furniture outside ** Should your makeup or any bodily fluids stain our pillowcases, sheets, or towels, a damage fee for each item stained will be charged to you. Black "make-up" towels are provided for face. ** No trash should be left outside unit door, on porch, or in walkways. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate dumpsters located in the parking lot near the front entrance of the community. ** No clothes, towels, blankets, etc., are permitted on the front railings for drying or airing. ** Absolutely no candles should be used in this property ** Parking of watercraft, trailers, campers, and other RV’s is prohibited. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. ** PET INFO ** - Owners are required to maintain proper control of all pets via a leash. - Pets must be walked on the outer perimeter of the property and pet caretakers must clean up after them and properly dispose of the waste. This rule is also a law of the State of Delaware. - Jaw locking dogs as identified by the Insurance Information Institute (III) as being life threatening, or pets that have previously demonstrated as being threatening to humans or other animals, are prohibited. - Pet owners shall take responsible steps to prevent noise, waste, or odors of their pet from annoying other unit owners and will be held liable for such offenses. - Pets are not to be housed on or under the decks or balconies or tied/chained to the common areas. **LONGER STAYS**(monthly) -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are fully stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.

*Please note:* This property was previously pet-friendly; however, HOA restrictions have since changed and pets are no longer permitted. Guests with severe pet allergies should be mindful when booking, as residual allergens may still be present despite thorough cleaning. *Also note - there may be an extra cleaning fee if your stay is 14 days or longer. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.
