Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. As you walk into each unit, the first floor living room opens up to a updated kitchen. Off the kitchen is the hang out back yard/Deck, there you can grill out, play corn hole, relax or take a quick outdoor shower(open seasonally). (These are not meant to scare/intimidate anyone, but just to ensure that we are being transparent and that our guests are treating our properties with respect). ** All guests must be 25 years or older, except for children with parents. ** It is expected that you treat our place with respect, and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. ** No Parties in the unit per the town of Lewes Noise ordinance. ** No Smoking/Vaping in the unit or on the porch/deck. ** No Pets allowed. **No profanity should be use while in the backyard as kids live next door. ** No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. ** QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors. ** Checkout is 10am. * Sorry no late checkouts especially in the summer season -Please be respectful of our inspection team and cleaners' tight schedules. ** Please do not put inside furniture outside. ** No trash should be left outside the unit door or on the patio. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins located outside. (Trash pickup is every Monday - place outside on Sunday) (Recycle pickup is every Tuesday - place outside on Monday) ** Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons. ** There is a video camera at the front and back door for your protection and accurate guest count, if you touch or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave immediately. ** No clothes, towels, blankets, etc. are permitted on the front railings for drying or airing. ** FYI - Grass cutting of the front and back lawn comes every Tuesday or Wednesday (weather depending-during summer) ** PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. ** LONGER STAYS** -It is mandatory that after 2 weeks we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed
