After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed. Rental Policy: • Prime Season: 7-night minimum stay. Pet Policy: • Dogs allowed with the additional pet fee. o Limits: 1 dog up to 80 lbs or 2 dogs up to 40 lbs each. o Dogs must be leashed at all times. o Renters are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. o Waste can be disposed of in the nearby community dumpster.
