This home was updated in Fall 2024 to give guests a relaxed and refined beach stay. *The community pool is open from May 23rd through the last Sunday in September. Hours are 8AM to 8PM. *2025 Pool closing date - Sept 28th Bedroom 1 - King Bed Additional Sleeping - Queen sleeper sofa in Living Room The primary bedroom features a brand new Helix Midnight king-sized mattress, window shutters, large closet, smart TV, and attached bath. The full-size bathroom includes a brand new tub and subway tiling. The unit has a half bathroom right off the hallway and a new queen-sized sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in the living room along with another smart TV. The kitchen has every tool you'd need to cook a great meal plus a coffee maker, blender, toaster, utensils, glasses, mugs, etc. Quick access to Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches! The drive to downtown Rehoboth is 4 minutes, or a 20-25 minute walk (roughly 1 mile). Dewey Beach is slightly closer with a walking/bike path that takes you directly to the restaurants and bars. *Dogs welcome w/ $200 pet fee (1 dog max, no cats).

If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. ** QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors ** Checkout is 10am. * Sorry no late checkouts in the Summer Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. ** Please use the grill at your own risk. ** Please push out grill from underneath the upper deck when in use. ** Please do not put inside furniture outside. ** No trash should be left outside the unit door or on patio. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate dumpsters outside. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons. ** There is an exterior Ring camera on the front door. Please do not touch/tamper with it. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS** -It is mandatory that after 2 weeks we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed. Pet Policy: • Dogs allowed with the additional pet fee. o Limits: 1 dog o Dogs must be leashed at all times. o Renters are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. o Waste can be disposed of in the nearby community dumpster.
