(These are not meant to scare/intimidate anyone, but just to ensure that we are being transparent and that our guests are treating our properties with respect). **All guests must be 25+ except for children with parents. **It is expected that you treat our place with respect, and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. **No Parties in the unit. **No Smoking/Vaping in the unit. **No pets allowed. **No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. The extra guest fee is $25 per extra guest per night. Violating this rule could lead to possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors. ** Checkout is 10am - Sorry no late checkouts -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. ** Please use the grill at your own risk. **Please do not put inside furniture outside on the patio. **No trash should be left outside the unit door. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate community dumpsters. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons. **Charging of electric vehicles/bikes is not permitted on the property for safety and insurance reasons. Please use the local charging stations nearby. **PLEASE NOTE - We provided a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, dish & laundry detergent, and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS** -It is mandatory that after 2 weeks we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Starter supply of toiletries/supplies are provided - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.

Guests have access to the whole home and community pool (open seasonally). *Please note - Guests do not have access to garage. *Please note - there may be an extra cleaning fee if your stay is 14 days or longer. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers paper bags for purchase and access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.
