The extra guest fee is $25 per extra guest per night. Violating this rule could lead to possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors. ** Checkout is 10am - Sorry no late checkouts -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. **Please clean up after your dog(s). ** Please use the grill at your own risk. **Please do not put inside furniture outside on the patio. **No trash should be left outside the unit door. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins outside. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons. **There are exterior security cameras for your protection and accurate guest count, if you touch or tamper with cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, dish & laundry detergent, and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS** -It is mandatory that after 2 weeks we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay.
