As you walk into the rental the first floor living room opens up to an updated kitchen. Off the kitchen is the hang out back yard/deck, there you can grill out, play corn hole, relax or take a quick outdoor shower(open seasonally). When you walk upstairs you will find a fully stocked bathroom and two bedrooms. - Bedroom 1 - King bed - Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin Beds Our community is right down the road from the Lewes-Georgetown Bike Trail for you to enjoy with your bikes. It is 0.2 miles away, located right after The Station At Kings restaurant. This trail also connects to The Breakwater-Junction Trail, which is a 17 mile loop route that goes from Lewes to Rehoboth Beach. You may store your bikes in the shed as well during your stay.

By booking this place, you are agreeing to comply to all House rules... **Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. **It is expected that you treat our place with respect, and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. **No PETS policy per Condo Association Rules. No pets allowed on or in property per Condo regulations. **No profantity should be use while in the backyard as kids live next door ** Please be respectful of the neighbors. **No PARTIES per the town of Lewes Noise ordinance/per Condo Association Rules **Please take off shoes after you enter the house **No extra guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors **Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING and NO PARTIES in the unit!!! ** Grass cutting comes Tuesday or Wednesday (weather depending-during summer) ** Checkout is no later than 10am **LATE CHECKOUT FEE - $75 per hour after 10am. ** Guest will be charged for damages **Trash day is Monday morning, put out cans (recycle and regular trash cans) out for pick up if staying in unit on Sunday. **Please do not put inside furniture outside **Should your makeup or any bodily fluids stain our pillowcases, sheets, or towels, a damage fee for each item stained will be charged to you. **No trash should be left outside unit door or on porch. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins located in the driveway. **No clothes, towels, blankets, etc., are permitted on the front railings for drying or airing. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property! **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS**(monthly) -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. **Toiletries/supplies are fully stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed. **There are two cameras on the property. One by front door and one in the back.
