Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. As you walk into the rental the first floor living room opens up to an updated kitchen. Off the kitchen is the hang out back yard/deck, there you can grill out, play corn hole, relax or take a quick outdoor shower(open seasonally). When you walk upstairs you will find a fully stocked bathroom and two bedrooms. - Bedroom 1 - King bed - Bedroom 2 - 2 Twin Beds Our community is right down the road from the Lewes-Georgetown Bike Trail for you to enjoy with your bikes. It is 0.2 miles away, located right after The Station At Kings restaurant. This trail also connects to The Breakwater-Junction Trail, which is a 17 mile loop route that goes from Lewes to Rehoboth Beach. You may store your bikes in the shed as well during your stay.

If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. ** QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors. ** Checkout is 10am. * Sorry no late checkouts especially in the summer season -Please be respectful of our inspection team and cleaners' tight schedules. ** Please do not put inside furniture outside. ** No trash should be left outside the unit door or on the patio. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins located outside. (Trash pickup is every Monday - place outside on Sunday) (Recycle pickup is every Tuesday - place outside on Monday) ** Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons. ** There is a video camera at the front and back door for your protection and accurate guest count, if you touch or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave immediately. ** No clothes, towels, blankets, etc. are permitted on the front railings for drying or airing. ** FYI - Grass cutting of the front and back lawn comes every Tuesday or Wednesday (weather depending-during summer) ** PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. ** LONGER STAYS** -It is mandatory that after 2 weeks we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed
