If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. ** QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors ** Checkout is 10am *Sorry no late checkouts -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. ** Please do not put inside furniture outside on the deck. ** Please use the grill at your own risk. ** No trash should be left outside the house door or on decks. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins located outside. ** Please do not touch or tamper with the fireplace. ** Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons. **There are cameras at the entrances for your protection and accurate guest count, if you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. **Charging of electric vehicles/bikes is not permitted on the property for safety and insurance reasons. Please use the local charging stations nearby. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, dish & laundry detergent, and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS** -It is mandatory that after 2 weeks we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Starter supply of toiletries/supplies are provided - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.
