*This property can be rented monthly in the off season (Sept-April) - please submit an inquiry. - Please note - Monthly discounts are not available during the summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day). *All guests must be 25 years old, except for children with parents. **DEL 302 Management standard: -Linens and towels are included -Starter amounts of toilet paper for each bathroom, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent/pods, hand soap at each sink, and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, supply shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathrooms. -Guests are responsible for providing anything they need beyond the starter amounts provided. Enter this beautifully remodeled home into the spacious living room with plenty of seating to the fully equipped kitchen with island and dining table seating. There is access from the kitchen to the front deck to sit on the Adirondack chairs and enjoy a cup of coffee. There is also a little reading nook under the staircase to curl up with a good book. Also downstairs, are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom off of the kitchen, along with the laundry room with complimentary detergent. Going upstairs, you have a cute office space with a desk between the 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom is to your right with a huge en suite bathroom with a tub for relaxation. (Please note - Jacuzzi jets are out of order). The other upstairs bedroom has two twin beds and has access to a balcony. Going outside, you have access to beach chairs and umbrella that are located behind the house in a container (Please remember to put back after use). You also have an outdoor shower(open seasonally) to use after your beach days along with an outdoor patio space to grill and eat outside with your family/friends. *2025 Pool Opening Date - May 24th (weekends only until June 12th) Pool Hours - 11am - 7pm (Adults only 10am-11am) Closing Date - Weekends only through September 14.

By booking this place, you are agreeing to comply to all House rules... (These are not meant to scare/intimidate anyone, but just to ensure that we are being transparent and that our guests are treating our properties with respect). **Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book. **It is expected that you treat the place with respect, and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. **No PETS policy per HOA Rules. **No PARTIES per HOA Rules. **No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by the host. If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors **Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the unit!!! ** Checkout is 10am. *Sorry no late checkouts in the Summer Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. **Guest will be charged for damages **Please do not put inside furniture outside **No trash should be left outside the house door. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in the proper bins located outside. -Regular Trash days are Tuesday, please make sure trash cans are set out Monday evening. Recycling is every other Tuesday - please see the info sheet on the fridge or the House Binder for dates. **No clothes, towels, blankets, etc., are permitted on the front railings for drying or airing. You may use the back railing. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS**(monthly) -It is mandatory that after 15 days we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. -Toiletries/supplies are fully stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.

If you bring a watercraft, there is a community boat ramp. Know that your boat will have to be registered at the main office for a daily use fee of $10 per day or $50 per week. If you choose to bring a watercraft, please let us know so we can provide you with the necessary registration documents that need to be completed before your stay. *Moreover, while the craft can be launched from the common area, it will be required to be removed from the water each day. You may park the boat/trailer in the driveway. If you bring kayaks, there's a designated launch area for them. Some of our favorite places that you can get to by boat are Paradise Grill, Rusty Rudder, and Dockside Marina Bar & Grill. *Please note - there will be an extra cleaning fee if your stay is 14 days or longer. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.
