If you violate this rule, the fee is $25 per extra guest per night with possible eviction. ** QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors ** Checkout is 10am. * Sorry no late checkouts in the Summer Season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. ** Please do not put inside furniture outside. ** No trash should be left outside the unit door or on patio. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins outside. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons. ** There is a Ring video doorbell at the front entrance for your protection and accurate guest count. If you touch or tamper with the camera, you will be asked to leave immediately. **PLEASE NOTE - We supply a start of some toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, and dish & laundry detergent for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS** -It is mandatory that after 2 weeks we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.
