Extra blankets are NOT included for the couch/pull-out bed, so I suggest bringing some if anyone plans on sleeping there. Bedrooms: Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed made with clean sheets and a summer quilt. Also equipped with a smart television and a remote-controlled heating/AC unit. Parking: 2 parking spots labeled for #4 (in front of the yellow building). Proximity: Almost everything you need to enjoy a DE beach vacation is walkable from El Capitan! Uber and Lyft are also very accessible in this area, along with rickshaws and the Jolly Trolly in Dewey and Rehoboth. No unregistered guests in the house. **It is expected that you treat our place with respect, and everything is put back the way it was when you arrived and all messes cleaned up. **No Parties or large gatherings in the unit. **No excessively loud music. **No Smoking/Vaping in the unit. **No Pets allowed. **No extra overnight guests unless on the reservation or approved by hosts. The extra guest fee is $25 per extra guest per night. Violating this rule could lead to possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors and the property. ** Checkout is 10am - Sorry no late checkouts -Please be respectful of our inspection team's and cleaners' tight schedules. **Please do not put inside furniture outside. **No trash should be left outside the unit door. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins out front. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons. **Charging of electric vehicles/bikes is not permitted on the property for safety and insurance reasons. Please use the local charging stations nearby. **PLEASE NOTE - We provided a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, dish & laundry detergent, and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS** -It is mandatory that after 2 weeks we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Starter supply of toiletries/supplies are provided - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.

*Please do not run heat and air conditioning simultaneously throughout the house. NOTE: Cleaning supplies may be stored in lower cabinets for guest use (under the sinks). By booking this property, guests acknowledge that they are responsible for supervising children at all times. The host is not liable for any injuries or incidents involving children’s access to cleaning products or other household items. *Please note: there may be an extra cleaning fee if your stay is 14 days or longer. *As of July 1, 2022, retailers in the State of Delaware no longer provide a plastic carryout bags made from film at checkout. Instead, they now provide customers paper bags for purchase and access to a reusable bag for purchases, or you may bring your own.
