The extra guest fee is $25 per extra guest per night. Violating this rule could lead to possible eviction. **QUIET HOURS - 10pm-8am - Please be respectful of neighbors. ** Checkout is 10am. Sorry no late checkouts - please plan accordingly. -Please be respectful of our inspection team and cleaners' tight schedules. **Please clean up after your dog. **Please do not put inside furniture outside. **No trash should be left outside the unit door. Household trash/recycling must be disposed of in appropriate bins outside. **Please use the bikes and pack & play at your own risk. **Absolutely no candles should be used in this property for safety reasons. **PLEASE NOTE - We provide a starter supply of toilet paper rolls, paper towels, garbage bags, dish & hand soap, dish/laundry pods, and shampoo/conditioner/bodywash for your stay - once they run out, it's on the renter to replenish as needed. **LONGER STAYS** -It is mandatory that after 2 weeks we will come to inspect the rental. After the first inspection, we will then be checking every 30 days for the remainder of your stay. - Toiletries/supplies are stocked upon arrival - once they run out, it is on the renter to replenish as needed.
